Demeter VTHF-300M / Kern IP777 - Back on the block after a stint in
the vault.
Tone is supreme , power abundant in this racked pre / power combo.
According to Mr. Les Plopa , he made 110 of these preamps, and if you
have been looking for one, you know they
rarely come up for sale.
The Demeter is likely as rare , though it is still in production.
I have seen one other used example of this power amp in the last few
years.
This amp puts out a stated 300 watts , but James Demeter says the
true power is more like 380 watts.
300 ? 380 ? Either way, a ton of tube power.

I will not sell the Kern alone, I'd much rather keep these two
together , though I will let the amp go by itself.
I suggest you get the pair, give them a listen, and you decide if
these two are not meant to be together.
